The Gemstone Lore & Symbolism:
Amethyst: Historically revered as a talisman for the creative arts, Amethyst is celebrated in studio lore as the “Artist’s Stone.” Prized by painters, poets, and composers alike, it serves as a symbolic focal point for fresh inspiration and original expression.
Green Calcite: In traditional mineral lore, Green Calcite is associated with mental clarity, open communication, and refreshing perspective ~ a wonderful stone for letting go of old ideas and inviting new artistic direction. Generally Calcite has been long regarded as a symbol or frenwal and amplified focus. Calcite crystals make stunning, vibrant accents that bring a serene, grounded atmosphere to any creative space.
Elemental Copper: Renowned as an ancient metal of quick wit and focus, copper has long been associated with the legend of Hermes. In studio tradition and metal lore, copper is prized for its warm, reflective glow, classic aesthetic, and ability to age into a rich, timeless patina.
Artisan Care: Please remember that the crystals are tiny pieces of the earth and should be handled with care. Please be sure to hang this mobile out of direct sunlight as that may permanently alter the color of the stones.
