Payments & Shipping:

All payments are processed through PayPal.

Once payment has been confirmed, your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours for ready to ship purchases.

Custom or made to order items will take additional time depending upon the item purchased. Timelines for custom work will be discussed prior to order being placed.

PLEASE make sure your address is correct in PayPal.  I will use your PayPal shipping / address information when I send your package.

Domestic Shipping:

Insurance is provided and in most instances signature is required for delivery. A tracking number will be provided via email once the package has been delivered to USPS. Domestic orders can take 1-7 days to arrive to you depending on your location, however we have no control over the time USPS will take to deliver your package. Please be sure to track your package with the information provided from your order.

~International Customers ~

International orders ship First Class International, and are insured. Your order may take 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location, and how customs processes the package.

Please be aware of any VATs, tarrifs and any taxes charged by your country for packages received.  These are your responsibility.  Also, it is illegal to falsify customs documents (i.e. mark as gift, lower price, etc.) Please don’t ask.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We offer a 10 day no questions asked money back guarantee with all of ready to ship jewelry pieces. Bottom line… We want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, let us know. Once the item is returned* in its original condition, we will promptly return the purchase price of your item (shipping costs will not be refunded).

You must contact us via email prior to returning your item or your refund will be denied.

*Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom made jewelry. This includes anything that is not a ready to ship piece.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any home décor items, including display crystals and gemstones.

Warranty:

We warrant jewelry work for one year. If you have any problems with the construction of a jewelry piece please contact us immediately. We will repair faulty pieces if possible or exchange it for another item. If the piece cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund.

Jewelry pieces that are damaged as a result of excessive wear or misuse are not considered faulty.

Use and Care of Your Jewelry:

Jewelry is inherently delicate. Please handle and store your jewelry with care. No pants pockets or purse.

We suggest always removing your jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, doing dishes, or applying lotion or makeup.  Always keep your jewelry clean and dry.

All of our jewelry is handcrafted and will bear the trademarks and unique qualities that handcrafting brings. This is to be expected. Items will not appear machine made or factory produced. Small imperfections are to be expected and are part of the artistry, beauty, and uniqueness of the piece.

When items are made to order, there may be slight differences from what is pictured, if time allows to send a photo prior to shipping the item we will do so.

Some of the materials we use may contain nickel in them so be aware of this if you have a nickel allergy. If you have any questions with regard to items containing nickel, please contact me to discuss it further.
