Goldstone has been called the stone of ambition, Goldstone is thought to assist in attaining goals. Some consider it to be a symbol of ingenuity, ambition, and drive. It believed to reduce tension, revitalize the wearer and encourage a positive attitude.

Goldstone is a man-made glass. Goldstone is considered to be an imitation of aventurine feldspar which is sunstone. The glittery appearance of goldstone is often attributed to “bits of copper” or “copper filings” that have been added to the glass.
